I’m Kim — founder of this community and a women’s coach with 8+ years in the fitness industry. I’ve helped over 500 women (and counting!) lose weight, build strength, and finally feel at home in their bodies — no matter their shape, size, background or starting point.
But I wasn’t always “in fitness.” I used to be stuck in a job I hated, feeling like I was living for the weekend and completely disconnected from myself. The gym became my escape — a place where I could breathe, release, and feel like me again. I didn’t know what I was doing at first, but I hired a coach, learned what worked, and step by step started rebuilding my confidence from the inside out.
Fitness has changed my life. It’s helped me through some of the darkest chapters, made me mentally stronger, emotionally steadier, and opened doors I never imagined possible. Now, I get to help other women do the same.
